Gone to University

Sims University is cool. Even if I did discover that I inadvertently have downloaded this Sims 2 hack that infiltrates your game and ends up in every house. Now I get to back-up all my Sims, delete all my houses and downloads and uninstall and reinstall both games.

*cries*

So be careful what you download from the Sims 2 exchange, that is the lesson learned here.

Btw, I'm no longer Gavin's #1 fan, I've been bumped down to #2. And me, being competitive, am busting my arse writing more reviews and e-mailing radio stations to play his song. Now if only, again, I could get paid for this. Will says I've found yet another hidden talent. And I told him, "no shit. I love this stuff." Maybe a major in advertising with a minor in marketing wasn't such a bad idea after all? *L* I mean, that damn diploma is hanging up in my bedroom, I'd love to put it to some use.

Of course, I still have problems getting people to give me the freakin' time of day. Will says the first step is to get on the radar, but I'm still an itty bitty blip, I believe. And no one seems to be noticing.

If anything, however, I am one persistent bitch.

Somebody told me...

That I have an eye infection. I went to get an eye exam today and was told I gotta' lay off my contacts until Monday until the doctor can look at my eyes again. While I was there, I ended up saying what the heck, and picked out a new pair of glasses, too. Because I hate my current glasses, which are probably about 10 years old because I NEVER WEAR THEM. But this made me think I needed a pair for those days when my eyes bother me (ahem... allergy season) and I don't want to wear my contacts.

So I picked out a cute nerdy pair that make me look all indie rocker... heh

So yeah, that was fun. I spent the rest of the afternoon half-blind running around with Will (more like running into things) because I didn't think my doctor would tell me not to put my contacts back in. We went to McDonald's and I was going to be a good little girl and have a salad, except when I went to bite into the chicken that came with it, I noticed it was a pale shade of pink... not done.

No more salads at fast food joints for me, thank you. Just the thought of it makes me want to puke. And it was pointless to go back and complain, because... well... it was McDonald's... which means my expectations for the food weren't that high.

I ended up having one of Will's double cheeseburgers instead (that meat was done at least) and then came home and worked out.

Now I'm going to plug into Sims University and put some more eye in my red, itchy eyes.

Anyway, today's saying is "That's so class." I picked it up from this UK poster on my Gavin board... I love that! *G* It beats Paris Hilton's "That's hott."
