Few Drinks to fall in love...

Robin is tired. Robin is exhausted. Robin is going to drop one of these days. And Robin woke up with a sore throat, except she doesn't have time to take care of herself because she's so damn busy.

I was praying to have tonight off from rehearsal, but it didn't happen. Ugh... two and a half more weeks and we can put this show to bed. Yaye. I'm enjoying it, don't get me wrong, but with everything else going on, it's taking its toll on me.

Somehow, though, I'm still managing to find time to work out (mostly on my lunch breaks). It's about the only time these days that I feel sane.

Oh, yeah, I think Will's feeling sick, too. Not sure if it's a cold or allergies or a combination of both. But we'll kill each other if we're both sick at the same time. Ugh.

I'm still cursing that whole corporate thing, and I remember now why I'd once sworn I would never work for a corporation again. Oh, well, I've had a refresher course in that. I have my 6-year review coming up next month, and I honestly hope my next raise is better than the piddly amount I got last year (which ended up getting sucked up by our rising health insurance costs. Thanks to that, I now make less than I did two years ago in the end. Ain't that some b.s.? *L*). Every morning, I open my eyes at the god-awful hour of 7 a.m. and my first words are usually "fuck this." Not a morning person... not at all. Maybe a LATE morning person, but certainly not early morning person.

And I hate that my motivational level at work is down. It is through no fault of my boss or my department, but the higher-ups just keep me royally pissed off. I guess that's how it works, huh?

Anyway, within the next day or two, there should be t-shirts up on JoeyDeGraw.com - everyone should buy one or two or three. Of course, I'll make a big announcement and all that when they're available.

I'm going to go pretend to work now for "the man."
