Duran Duran are being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame next year. It has been confirmed!

Gavin DeGraw will be the one handing them the award.

And everyone from WBS is invited to be there!

Okay, fine, wishful thinking on my part more than anything. But I am working on the first one, I am! *L*

Looks like we might not get to go to the zoo tomorrow after all. The weather isn't cooperating and if we go, we'll be freezing our asses off. We go from nearly 80 degree weather back to 40 degree weather and it's a miracle I'm not sick.

I'm waiting on an e-mail back from Dreamhost about installing that Content Management System on the server. Apparently, there's something on their end they need to fix regarding my database username and password. I'll be pissed if this doesn't work, because this is a nice piece of PHP and is PERFECT for what I need it for.

I had RP with Chrissy last night that somehow got me all emotional - we're continuing the scene today. I love that, though, when I really get into it. It's only second to acting.

I think... I'm about ready to purchase a domain name for my pseudo-company. I already think I'm calling it Street Cred Promotions, but the domain for anything streetcred is taken. I have another idea, though, just not announcing it to the world so someone doesn't go and grab my domain and then try to sell it to me for thousands of dollars *L*

Anyway, I have met success with getting the Mambo content management system installed on my host. I shall be playing with it this weekend (being that we may not be going to the zoo thanks to the weather, although Will says they're still planning to. PEOPLE IT'S GOING TO BE TOO COLD! *L*). It will probably end up being used for the Joey site (although I haven't heard back from Paige about the idea of a members-only street team site, but I'm guessing she'll like it). So yeah! I'm pretty psyched! It'll be looking impressive if I get it to do what I want it to do.

Btw, I saw on causticruin's LJ, that Mitch Hedberg has died. I googled it and no one seems to know if it's true or not, being that the timing is a little suspect (April Fool's Day). It certainly seems to be true - there's a message on his website and I also read that Howard Stern also announced it on his show (but again, Howard Stern would be JUST the type to go along with a joke like that). I certainly hope it is a joke. If so, it's the best.
